Stephanie N. White
Stephanie focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property and business law, with an emphasis on patent and trademark litigation.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Stephanie worked with Bishop Diehl & Lee as a law clerk throughout her time in law school. She worked extensively in the litigation portion of the firm’s practice in matters concerning all types of intellectual property, with a focus on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. She also gained extensive experience in trademark and patent prosecution. Her prior practical experience includes working as an intern in a nanotechnology laboratory.
Stephanie received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2015, where she received a CALI award for receiving the highest grade in Trademark & Unfair Competition Law. During her time at DePaul, she participated in an exchange program with University College Dublin in Ireland, where she studied European intellectual property law. She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 2012.
Stephanie is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
