Stephanie N. White
Stephanie focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property and business law, with an emphasis on federal litigation and trademark prosecution.
Stephanie worked with Bishop Diehl & Lee as a law clerk throughout her time in law school before becoming an associate attorney. She works primarily in the litigation portion of the firm’s practice in matters concerning all types of intellectual property and related business matters, with a focus on federal litigation practice. As part of her litigation experience, she has worked on multiple federal appeals and on the defense of class action lawsuits. She also focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her prior practical experience includes working as an intern in a nanotechnology laboratory.
Stephanie received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2015, where she received a CALI award for receiving the highest grade in Trademark & Unfair Competition Law. During her time at DePaul, she participated in an exchange program with University College Dublin in Ireland, where she studied European intellectual property law. She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 2012.
Stephanie is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
