Brockton D. Ash

Brock focuses his practice on Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition law, with an emphasis on anti-counterfeiting litigation and online IP enforcement. Brock received his J.D. from DePaul University in 2024 with a Certificate in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Information Technology law. During law school, Brock worked as a law clerk at Bishop & Diehl, where he gained valuable experience assisting in numerous patent, trademark, and copyright infringement cases. His background in IP and Technology law has helped B&D develop effective and efficient online IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting procedures and solutions.

Brock earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from DePaul in 2021. Additionally, Brock played for the DePaul University Men’s Ice Hockey team during his time at DePaul, serving as team Captain from 2022-2024.

Brock is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
